At Massiel Privé, the work begins with the fit. Not just how a suit sits on the body, but how it shapes the way a person is seen. Isabel Massiel Díaz, founder and CEO of the brand, builds her approach around custom tailoring — working directly with each client to create pieces that are precise in cut and deliberate in effect. Every detail is considered, from proportion to structure, because the result is meant to do more than look refined. It’s meant to hold presence. In this conversation, she speaks about tailoring as a tool of position, where clothing moves beyond aesthetics and becomes part of how authority is defined.

Isabel, you describe image as a reflection of power and purpose. How do you define a truly aligned personal image today?

A truly aligned personal image is one that communicates who you are before you speak. At Business with Style, I define it as the intersection of identity, intention, and strategy. It’s not about trends — it’s about clarity. When your image is aligned, it reflects your values, your level of leadership, and the direction you’re going in. Power is not loud. It is precise. And image is the visual language of that precision.

Your professional path spans real estate, cooperative work, and image mentorship. Which experiences most shaped your approach to leadership and presence?

Real estate taught me negotiation and presence under pressure. Working in structured environments taught me discipline and systems. But image mentorship — through Business with Style — revealed something deeper: people don’t just need strategy… they need identity. Understanding how image influences perception transformed my approach to leadership. I don’t just teach how to dress — I guide individuals to embody authority, confidence, and vision in every space they enter.

Through Business with Style Corp, you guide professionals in building a strong visual identity. What key elements create a sense of confidence and authority?

Confidence and authority are built through intentional details. At Business with Style, I focus on three pillars:
Structure: silhouettes that frame the body with precision
Color Strategy: tones that elevate presence and communicate power
Coherence: alignment between who you are, what you do, and how you present it

When these elements are aligned, the result is undeniable — presence that speaks before words.

With Massiel Privé, you focus on bespoke tailoring for both men and women. What role does craftsmanship play in shaping how a person is perceived?

At Massiel Privé — Tailored for Power, craftsmanship is everything. A bespoke suit is not just clothing — it is architecture. It shapes posture, defines presence, and communicates intention. Every line, every fabric, every measurement is designed to elevate the individual. When something is made specifically for you, it doesn’t just fit your body — it aligns with your identity. That level of detail is what transforms perception. It’s the difference between being seen… and being remembered.

You contributed to Hispanas Influyentes, Volumen 2, highlighting stories of transformation. What does leadership mean to you in the context of personal growth?

Leadership, for me, is the courage to evolve — and to do it with intention. Through both Massiel Privé and Business with Style, I believe leadership begins within. It is about self-awareness, discipline, and the decision to show up as your highest version — consistently.

True leadership is not about visibility alone. It is about impact, legacy, and the way you inspire others to rise through your example. Because when a woman transforms her image, she doesn’t just change how she looks — she changes how she leads.
