Moving abroad is never easy. What did relocating to another country represent for you, and how did it shape your personal growth?
Moving abroad was a turning point in my life. I arrived in a country with a culture completely different from my own, and although I initially planned to stay only six months, the distance from my home, my family, and everything familiar was very hard. That experience forced me to face myself, to uncover new strengths, and to grow in ways I never imagined.
During that time, Pilates became an essential part of your daily routine. What did it mean to you?
Pilates became my emotional refuge. In every class, I was able to disconnect from the sadness and nostalgia of leaving Buenos Aires. It was a space of calm and satisfaction — somewhere I realised I could overcome any obstacle. I also built friendships there and found inspiration in each instructor, each with their own unique approach. For the first time, I could imagine creating my own space: a community where people feel supported, strong, and nourished beyond the physical practice.
