How did winning Miss Beauty of Turkey 2024 influence your modeling career, and what personal growth have you experienced since then?
Winning Miss Beauty of Turkey 2024 has had an incredibly positive impact on my modeling career. It’s now much easier for me to get booked for shoots, and I’ve received many more offers, with the quality of opportunities significantly improving since the competition.
The title has also boosted my self-confidence, allowing me to dream bigger and set higher aspirations.
Before the competition, I was already mindful of my health, but now I take even greater care by regularly going to the gym, walking outdoors, staying hydrated, getting enough sleep, and maintaining a healthy diet. The whole process has become much more enjoyable for me.
What aspects of Turkish culture do you feel most connected to, and how do they inspire your work as a model?
Turkish culture is deeply rooted in family values, and this is something I feel very connected to. My family has been my greatest support system throughout my journey. Their belief in me has pushed me to make them proud and achieve goals with confidence.
Modeling is not just about physical appearance; it’s about conveying emotions and stories, and my cultural background helps me bring a sense of heart and connection to everything I do.
What was your biggest takeaway from the Miss Beauty of Turkey experience, and how have you applied it to your personal life?
My biggest takeaway from the Miss Beauty of Turkey competition was the importance of determination and resilience. It was my first time competing for a title, and the experience taught me that success requires both mental strength and perseverance. The process strengthened my belief that, with the right mindset, anything is possible.
How do you prioritize self-care and mental well-being in an industry known for its fast pace and high demands?
I have always enjoyed taking good care of myself, but in an industry where booking shoots and participating in competitions rely heavily on your appearance, it can be mentally draining. However, I always maintain a positive outlook on life and am very grateful to be in the position I am in.
I make sure to set aside time for myself, such as reading books, going to the spa, listening to my favorite music, and walking outside to get fresh air. These activities help me unwind and keep a calm and positive mindset.
What are some personal goals or passions you hope to explore outside of modeling in the future?
Before pursuing modeling, I had a strong passion for music, and I hope to reignite that in the future by recording and releasing my own album someday.
Another goal would be, of course, to compete in Miss Universe. It would be an honor to represent Turkey against the most beautiful and intelligent women from all around the world.
